  1. FORCED LABOR (VOLUNTARY WORK)

Our company does not make any employee do compulsory labor. The working principles in our company are based on volunteerism. In the event that the employee quits the job, the company cannot prevent or postpone it, except for any security reasons. All kinds of information of our employees are protected, kept confidential to the extent specified by law, and duly destroyed after the legal periods have passed.

 

  1. CHILD LABOR (UNDERAGE WORKERS)

Child labor is not accepted in our company in any way. Except for compulsory cases such as interns, trainees, etc., the minimum age criteria determined by national and international laws are taken into account.

Our company carries out wages, working hours, overtime and fringe payments in full compliance with applicable laws and employment contracts. We offer our employees opportunities to develop their skills and capacities and support these efforts by providing opportunities for advancement where possible. Gender, religion, language and race discrimination are not made in our company in terms of wages/salaries and promotions.

Our company ensures the creation and protection of a safe and healthy workplace environment. The company aims to ensure the continuity of our employees by minimizing the risk of exposure to accidents, injuries and all kinds of factors that threaten health, and by creating a work environment where they can work safely, healthily and efficiently. In our company, care is taken to provide a workplace environment free of violence, harassment, threats, abuse and disturbing conditions. In our company, all occupational health and safety rules regulated by the legal legislation are applied.

  1. EMPLOYMENT OF FOREIGN WORKERS (EMPLOYMENT OF FOREIGN WORKERS)

In our company, employment contracts for foreign employees who are / will be employed in accordance with our laws are drawn up in a language they understand. All personnel transactions, from employment to dismissal, are carried out in accordance with the applicable legal regulations. The employee cannot be employed by borrowing money in any case. The legal rights of foreign workers to work are protected by our company. Our company does not employ illegal (illegal) workers.

 

  1. REST DAYS and HOLIDAYS

Our employees are not deprived of rest and holidays within the framework of their legal rights. Our employees work a maximum of six days a week and use at least one day of weekend leave.

 

  1. RECRUITMENT & EMPLOYMENT

The open positions needed by the management of our company are determined and employment is carried out by the company management in accordance with the law and within the framework of certain rules (egalitarian approach, leave, wage, vacation, employment contract, etc.).

 

  1. EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT (EMPLOYER CONTRACTS)

 

An “Indefinite Term Employment Contract” is prepared between our company and the person to be employed, which includes the conditions offered to the candidate personnel in accordance with the workplace and the law. With the personnel who agree to start their duty, an “Indefinite Term Employment Contract and optionally an overtime Consent Letter are obtained. A copy of the employment contract is given to our new employee. Our new employee starts to work after being enlightened about all the rules and rules required by our company and the job with orientation training.

 

  1. WORK AND LABOR DISCIPLINE

 

Disciplinary rules determined by our company in order to ensure disciplined work are applied. The relevant disciplinary rules are reminded to our employees both before starting to work and during working life. Our company does not impose any wage deduction sanction in order to discipline our employees. All of our employees carry out their work in accordance with the working procedure instructions.

 

  1. Young Worker / Working Hours

 

It is planned to hold a meeting between the employees and the employer on social rights and working order. Young worker working hours are maximum 40 hours, and working hours over the age of 18 are maximum 45 hours.

 

  1. Collective Bargaining / Trade Union Right

 

Our company does not interfere with our employees’ right to collective bargaining and their constitutional right to be a member of a union, and it is clearly stated in the “Indefinite Term Employment Contract” that our employees can use these rights as they wish.

 

  1. PROTECTION OF THE ENVIRONMENT

 

We protect the environmental impacts that may arise from all our activities and we manage this situation with a sense of responsibility. We take the necessary precautions and precautions in all our activities in a way that does not cause harmful environmental effects. We use natural resources in the most efficient way and we identify and implement all kinds of studies that will improve and develop this situation.
